Care Assistant
Hourly Roles Available
About You: You're compassionate and reliable. You may be new to care or have previous experience. You're eager to learn and genuinely enjoy supporting others.
What You'll Do: Assist with personal care, household tasks, shopping, and companionship. You'll receive full training and ongoing support.
Live-In Carer
Specialist & Complex Care
About You: You're experienced with 24/7 care. You're comfortable with dementia support, complex health needs, and building trusted relationships over time.
What You'll Do: Provide round-the-clock personal, clinical, and domestic support. Live in a client's home, becoming part of their household.

Requirements
Essential:
Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) clearance (we can guide you through this)
Valid UK driving license
Right to work in the UK
Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings for some roles)
References from previous employers or community figures
Desirable:
Health and Social Care qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or 3)
First Aid or Safeguarding training
Experience in home care, nursing homes, or healthcare settings
Dementia awareness or specialist training
