Successful applicants must possess a positive attitude, honesty, a good sense of humor along with a love for vulnerable people. A key requirement is that all applicants must be drivers with their own reliable transport.

​​Our commitment is to fair and full compensation. While many companies only pay for the time you spend with a client, we also pay for your travel time between calls. This means your effective hourly rate is higher than that detailed in the table above.

Last month, for instance, one of our carers, Emma, received an effective rate of £19.85 per hour when all her paid time was included.
